SHIPPING POLICY
We have a flat rate for our shipping of P150 for Metro Manila. For orders in Luzon outside M.M, shipping is P170. For orders in Visayas in Mindanao, shipping is P190.

Customers will also get to enjoy free standard shipping nationwide for orders of P2500.00 and up.

Due note that due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship liquid items to areas in Visayas and Mindanao. We apologize for any inconvenience. ​​​​​​​
We ship using Lalamove and Grab for Metro Manila, and courier services like
J&T Express or ABest Express for locations outside MM.

Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order and get it ready to ship. We usually ship on weekdays, and will notify you with the mobile number you have provided, when we are about to ship your order.

Shipping is not conducted on holidays, unless otherwise indicated.
For pieces that are for Pre-Order or Made-to-Order, item will be prepared after order is confirmed. The entire order will then be shipped after all items, including Pre-Order items, are ready. Should there be unexpected delays, we will surely notify you and try our best to make appropriate adjustments.

For provincial locations, shipping time after order is ready is usually 1-3 days. Some delays may however occur during peak seasons, or if any community quarantine measures are implemented. We will always try our best to have you receive your orders as soon as possible.
Shipping is however dependent on courier capabilities, and can only be sent to areas deliverable by regular couriers. In the event chosen couriers suspend delivery to certain areas, or in situations wherein significant delays are likely due to force majeure, shipping will be suspended.
